Early prosthetic intervention by guide flange prosthesis helps the patient to achieve normal maxillo-mandibular relationship and early restoration of normal function.This case report presents the fabrication of Blu-Ray Movies guide flange prosthesis prior to hemimandibulectomy procedure, preventing mandibular deviation.
